Cloud PBX

Your office phone system, minus the box in the server room

PBX Panda hosts your extensions, numbers and call flows for you. People answer on a laptop, a phone app or a desk phone, and the whole thing behaves like one system whether your team sits in one building or six countries.

  • Nothing to install on site
  • Browser, app and SIP desk phones
  • Pay per user, no minimum
Why it matters

What changes when the PBX moves to the cloud

We look after the plumbing

Servers, carrier links, failover and updates are our job. Adding a new starter takes your admin about a minute.

Branches and home workers share one dial plan

Dial 214 and it rings the right person, wherever they happen to be working today. Calls between extensions are free.

Every call leaves a trail

Call logs, recordings and a live board of who is free, so nobody has to guess what happened yesterday.

How it works

Switching over usually takes a day, not a project plan

Choose or port numbers

Pick new local or toll-free numbers, or bring the ones printed on your letterhead.

Invite your people

Create extensions, group them into teams and set opening hours.

Make the first call

Log in on the web or the app, or plug in a desk phone you already own.

Small offices

A proper phone system with a menu and voicemail, without buying a single piece of hardware.

Companies with branches

Head office, regional offices and remote staff on one number plan and one bill.

Service desks

Queues, menus and recordings for teams that handle a steady flow of customer calls.

FAQ

Questions about Cloud PBX

What exactly is a cloud PBX?

It is a business phone system that runs in our data centres instead of a cabinet in your office. Your extensions, menus, queues and voicemail all live online, and staff connect to it over the internet from apps or desk phones.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

In most countries, yes. We handle the porting request with your current provider and you keep using the old service until the move is complete, so there is no gap.

Will we need to buy new handsets?

No. Most people use the desktop or mobile app. If you already have SIP desk phones, we can usually provision them for you.

Does it connect to our CRM?

We connect with common CRMs and helpdesks for click-to-call, call logging and caller pop-ups. See the integrations page for the current list, or ask us about yours.
