What is the difference between CLI and CC routes?
CLI routes deliver your caller ID to the person you are calling. CC (call center) routes are lower cost but the caller ID may not always pass through, which suits some types of traffic better than others.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum to start testing. Volume commitments only come into play if you want rates below the standard deck.
How do I connect?
Over SIP using IP authentication or username and password. We will share the technical sheet once your account is open.
Can I get a rate deck before signing up?
Yes. Send us your destinations and approximate monthly minutes and we will share a deck, usually the same working day.
