IVR System

A phone menu callers don't mind talking to

Greet callers in their language, ask one or two sensible questions and send them on. Our IVR handles menus, opening hours, simple lookups and callbacks, and you can rewrite any prompt in minutes.

  • Recorded or text-to-speech prompts
  • Many languages
  • Edit menus yourself

FAQ

Questions about IVR System

What's the difference between an IVR and an auto attendant?

An auto attendant is a simple menu that transfers calls. An IVR can do more: collect information, look things up and complete simple tasks without an agent.

Can we use our own voice recordings?

Yes. Upload audio files, or use text-to-speech and replace it with studio recordings later.

How many menu levels can we have?

As many as you like, though we usually suggest no more than two for a better caller experience.

Does the IVR support languages other than English?

Yes. Text-to-speech and speech recognition cover many languages, including Hindi, Arabic, Spanish and French.
