PBX Panda ("we", "us") provides cloud telephony, contact center, wholesale voice and messaging services through pbxpanda.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it and what choices you have.

Information you give us, such as your name, company, phone number, email address and any message you send through a form or by email.

Account and service data if you become a customer, including users, numbers, call detail records, recordings you choose to keep and billing records.

Basic technical data when you visit the site, such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, arrange demos and trials, and provide and bill for the services you order.

To keep our network secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to telecom providers.

To understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing
